Hello again,

The EMGN re-launch has been very successful with over 200,000 page views in our last 3 months of operation and quickly increasing. The changes to our domain name with the purchase of EMGN.com from YourEMGN.com has played a big role in this success. Our total unique visitor count is nearing the one million milestone (978,000 at the moment of writing).

We have a number of new features that will be integrated through the next couple of months that will change EMGN forever.

1. Network Re-Design - The most discussed feature amongst staff members and one that is very much in need. We have good news, work on this design has started! When we say “re-design”, we mean it. EMGN as you know it will change. The structure of the whole website will change and we will be moving away from the ‘blog’ style. Each section of the site will be separated on the homepage into a unified location for all things tech, movies and gaming.
2. Social Features: – This is something EMGN lacks at the moment. With the new design will come a brand new set of social features. Firstly, our current comment system will be removed and replaced with Disqus & Facebook comments. You will have the ability to add friends, share news, rate news and even chat live with your friends. A Facebook styled “wall” will also be integrated.
3. Forums: A brand new forums system will be added to EMGN. Let’s be honest, our current system is a mess with spam bots all over it. We plan to make the forums a big part of the website and this time, we’ll get it right!
4. YouTube: After receiving two copyright strikes on our old channel, we have decided to create a new one. The old channel still exists and we will continue to upload so don’t unsubscribe! The new channel will host unique content such as video reviews, trailer analyses, weekly round-ups etc.  Our plan is to partner with YouTube by early next year.
