Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7 for 3DS Get Release Windows
Taking advantage of the 3DS price drop now, may be worth it in the coming months. Nintendo’s poor current line-up for the 3DS have made critics out of many owners, but the upcoming months certainly look promising. Two titles that will definitely be grabbing 3DS owners attention are Super Mario 3D and Mario Kart 3D, both now with a new name and release window.
Super Mario 3D, now known as Super Mario 3D Land is scheduled for a November release. Super Mario 3D Land will feature the classic side-scrolling adventure of the classic Super Mario Bros., but will feature 3D graphics to enhance the overall experience. Mario Kart 3D, now Mario Kart 7
is scheduled for December release returns to the traditional 8 racer format and will base an importance on coins.
Along with Star Fox 64 3D on September 9th and Kid Icarus: Uprising planned for this holiday, there may be hope to get excited about the 3DS. With more titles to come still in 2012, the 3DS may have gotten off to a slow start, but could recover to be a success later next year.
